Nervous System & Relationships

Becoming aware of the ebbs and flow of the autonomic nervous system can be a gateway into recognizing where past experiences are feeding into the body's response to the events of the present.

Building courageous loving relationships starts with the self and extends into the circles of support around us.

Erin breaks it down into digestible bites that show up within the home for the women to learn and apply practices in real time.

Positive Rebellion

Positive Rebellion is recovery with fire, freedom, and zero apologies. This isn’t your typical “sit-in-a-circle” group—we get hands-on, creative, and real. It’s about turning that rebellious energy into a force for growth, confidence, and self-discovery. We laugh, we get raw, we break old rules that don’t serve us, and we build a life that’s bold, authentic, and unapologetically ours.

Courageous Creators

Participants are guided through a variety of Expressive Arts activities designed to regulate the nervous system and provide empowering insights for personal development.

Each Weekly group is unique, but follows a basic structure of centering, creation, reflection, & discussion  Participants are encouraged to accept and appreciate their innate capacity for creativity as they experience a variety of art mediums and methods with a focus on the creative process itself versus the material outcome.

Help us open the doors to a brighter future

As we continue to raise funds to purchase our sober living home property, we are looking for all of the help our community is willing to provide. Our GoFundMe can be used to make one-time or recurring donations. We are also actively looking for Founding Sponsors who want to play a significant funding role in the development of our mission.
